The end of your first year at school!

What a year we have had together!

I hope you have all enjoyed your first year at school, I have certainly enjoyed teaching you all!

I hope you all have a fantastic summer and look forward to seeing you all back in school in August to start Primary 2. 🙂

We would like to

invite you to

our end of term

P1S celebration!

We will have a few nibbles and drinks as well as hand over all your work for you to take home! 🙂

On Friday 21st June at 2.15pm – 3pm

Come and join us!

Landmark Success!

Yesterday we had a fabulous trip to Landmark, so much fun!  We were all so exhausted that a few of us fell asleep on the way home 🙂

Thank you to all those volunteered to help, even if you didn’t come, we couldn’t do these trips without parent helpers!

Interestingly most children didn’t like the Soy Sauce, and some of the boys really loved the Lychee’s!

But the favourites were Spring Rolls and Prawn Crackers! 🙂

Portfolios and other bits and pieces…

Today your portfolios are coming home with you!

The portfolios are special jotters that we used last week for your work and now you can show those at home what you have done.

Ask an adult to go through your jotter with you and write a comment in the parent box at the end of your work.  There is also a slip to return with your jotter by Wednesday next week.

Last year the school had a successful talent show competition at the end of this term.

This year we are going to enjoy it again so…Primary 1 will be having auditions next Wednesday afternoon.  Do you have a talent you could share with us, can you sing, can you dance, or do you have some other talent we could see or hear?  Have a think and a practise!

Chinese Food Tasting!

Letters went home this week about Chinese food tasting next week, please remind your parents to return the slip so we can have some tasty snacks! 🙂
